Enids Boutique  only Accepts Exchanges and does not accept returns. We want you to love what you have purchased or ordered from Enids Boutique. If something is not right, let us know. We only accept exchanges on items that have not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before returning product to our store or via mail. There are no exceptions!

 

We only accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. 

 

When you make purchase, each shipment is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information. If you happen to not be happy with your online purchase, follow the directions detailed below...

 

All orders sent back for exchange will be substitued for a new product. Please contact us via email at  EnidsBoutique@gmail.com, and we will ship the new order as soon as possible.

 

Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send an email to Enidsboutique@gmail.com and we will email you a pre-paid return label, to send back the items.
